1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and a hashed password. Administrators may store plan, seat, and billing details for your organization.

Build files and assets

When you upload a Unity Playworks build or generate a creative, we process and temporarily store those files to produce and deliver your output. Live previews of an uploaded build are stored ephemerally and automatically deleted after a short period (e.g., one hour).

Usage and log data

We collect technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, session activity, device count, build history, and timestamps. This supports security (including single-device and limited-IP session enforcement), troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Billing information

For paid plans we store invoice records (amounts, dates, status, and payment method noted by an administrator). We do not store full card numbers; card payments, where offered, are handled by third-party payment processors.

Cookies and sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use these for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

3. Email

We send transactional email through email service providers (such as Zoho ZeptoMail or Resend). These providers process your email address and message content solely to deliver our messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

Your build files are never shared with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to store and process them for you.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and invoice records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Uploaded preview builds are deleted automatically after a short period. Generated outputs and build history are retained while your account is active; deleted accounts are removed from active views and data is deleted within a reasonable period thereafter.

6. Security

We use safeguards including password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limiting, session and device controls, audit logging, and tenant-scoped access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details in your dashboard or request changes by emailing us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Contact
